After obtaining a diploma in damage insurance from the Cégep de Sainte-Foy in 2007, Jean Francois obtained his certification from the Autorité des marchés financiers in 2008 and began working immediately as a claims adjuster in 2008, with a claims adjustment firm. Then, in 2013, he took the next step as a claims adjuster for an insurer.
In 2019, Jean-Francois joined Cuierrier & Associés inc. as a claims adjuster for the Quebec area where he handles claims in personal and commercial lines insurance.
