Claims Adjuster

With a law degree from Laval University (1995) and a license from the Bar of Québec (1996), Chantal practiced as an attorney until 1998. She then undertook graduate studies in Management with the HEC Montréal, following which she was granted the title of CIP from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

She held several positions within a single insurance company (namely team leader – systems and regulations, personal insurance underwriter, and claims examiner), before becoming a legal advisor.

Later on, Chantal acted as a claims examiner for the Insurance division (DARSSS) of the Association québécoise d’établissements de santé et de services sociaux.

In May 2012, she joined our team as a claims adjuster in commercial liability and professional liability insurance. She also oversees the team of adjusters handling bodily injury claims.
