Isabelle begings her career in the insurance industry in 1994 as a specialist in restoration disaster and cleaning operations. In 2005, she becomes a claims adjuster. She works for an insurer until May 2017, when she decides to join the Cuierrier team. She handles property insurance claims and is part of the Major Losses, Complex and Specialized Risks division.
In 2021, she obtains her CIP title and receives awards for excellence by the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose for the most involved person in the industry. In the same year, she acquires Level 1 of the RCCI training (fire cause and circumstance research). In May 2023, she completes the Technique d'enquête training given by the Insurance Institute of Québec.
Isabelle is a member of the Insurance Institute of Québec training team. She is also involved with the Société des Experts en sinistre de Québec as an administrator.
